  • On any additional purchase of accessories, warranty or modification to the vehicle within six months of first registration, the registered owner has the legal liability to declare to Transport Department and pay additional tax.

1. FX2 Pro Dash Cam (the “Product”) is provided by POSIS  (the “Merchant”). The Product is bound by the terms and conditions set by the Merchant. For details, please contact the Merchant. Quality of selected products are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the respective merchant/ service provider. Hong Kong Motor Club is not responsible or liable in anyway.

2. Confirmed orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

3. The Product cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, other vouchers, products or bonus points. The Product cannot be returned or refunded.

4. The Product may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice by Hong Kong Motor Club.

5. Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of e-Shop without prior notice.

6. In case of any dispute, Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the rights of final decision. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version will prevail.

7. Limitation of Liability: The Hong Kong Motor Club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product. The Hong Kong Motor Club’s liability in any case shall be limited to the amount paid for the Product.

8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

9. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
